Fashion Week in LA was another not-to-miss event, and although Marc Jacobs and Heatherette remain our favorites for spring, Jenni Kayne had an Amazing show. We love her sexy dresses, so fresh, and they look great with our fashionable dangle and chandelier earrings!Here come the Brooches
Back in the day, us girls collected pins with cool quotes on them. Start digging in your drawers - they're back! Pins are the hot winter trend. They come in a variety of patterns, colors, shapes and sizes. Some even have small stones, glitter, or sequins, and are referred to as brooches. You'll be throwing the names Gerard Yosca and Catherine Stein, both great brooch designers, around like Donna Karan and Marc Jacobs this season. Wear them as pins on your t-shirts to enhance your attitude, or as brooches on your hot going out clothes to steal all the looks from those in the club. Best of all, you can take plain old brooches your mom has stored for years, and spice them up with gemstones, lace, or whatever you feel like to create your own fashionista brooches for the season.
